User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
User-Generated Content (UGC)
You own the reviews and lists you create, but you grant Lootd a license to display them. Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others. Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content or ban accounts that violate these terms.
Third-Party Data
Game information is provided by RAWG and SteamGridDB. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of this external data.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms — including, but not limited to: posting illegal, offensive, or rights-violating content; harassment, threats, or repeated abusive behavior toward other users; impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity; attempts to compromise the security or integrity of the service; spam, automated activity, or manipulation of ratings, reviews, or social signals; repeated violations after a warning; or upon a valid legal request.
